My money has been deducted but I am unable to download the app from Google Play Store?

There are few cases where payment is deducted from the customer's account but the product is not delivered. This is treated as failed transaction and the amount that was deducted would be refunded to the original payment method automatically by Google within 7-10 business days.

So, how to know if your transaction had failed?

If the money was deducted and you did not get a receipt from google on your email then your transaction has failed.
